Need a new LOGO

I need a new logo for the server. I am offering 20mil and a Platinum VIP to the best picture.
It should be a banner like where "Express Gaming" text should be.

What's the banner's size? I will try and work on it. Can you give me some detailed information regarding how the banner should be?

In-game screen shot edited and made into logo with the "Express Gaming Roleplay" text ?
